Abstract

This article aims to provide knowledge about the role of digital libraries as a literacy medium in the digital era. This article uses a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach focuses on the systematic analysis of various secondary data sources by analyzing and examining article and journal references related to digital libraries as a literacy medium for society in the digital age. The benefit of this article is to contribute knowledge about the role of digital libraries for digital society related to literacy. Through digital libraries as a digital literacy medium, people will get easy, affordable, and fast access to relevant and accurate information. Digital libraries can also help people compete in the digital era by improving digital literacy, advancing knowledge and becoming a center for education, and enhancing people's skills in this digital age.
