Archiving

KASBI: Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah is committed to preserving its published content permanently so that every article remains accessible to readers and researchers in the long term. To ensure this, the journal applies the following archiving policy:

  1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). The journal uses the PKP Preservation Network, a LOCKSS-based system that creates distributed archives among participating libraries. This permits permanent preservation and restoration of journal content even if the journal’s own server is no longer available.
  2. LOCKSS. The journal’s content is made available for collection by the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, which stores multiple copies in different locations for preservation and recovery purposes.
  3. Institutional Server and Backup. All published articles are stored on the journal server of Institut Agama Islam KH. Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi and backed up regularly by the journal management team.
  4. National and International Indexing Databases. Article metadata and full texts are also archived through the indexing services where the journal is registered, such as Google Scholar, GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital), and Crossref (via DOI).
  5. Author Self-Archiving. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic platforms such as ResearchGate and Academia.edu, provided that the original publication in KASBI is properly cited with a link to the article.
